BLENDING AND DOSING EQUIPMENT
A very important part of ensuring ongoing food fortification is the supply, installation and maintenance of equipment for dosing and fortifying targeted foods. We supply this equipment, which is designed in-house, to clients so they can fortify their foods. This service is based on a minimum 5-year supply and maintenance agreement with clients.

The vitamin A in this blend is micro encapsulated. Our high-quality ingredients ensure that the product is stable and safe (if exposed to heat and light). The blend is ready-to-use in the factory and allows for efficient and measurable application resulting in a cost-effective process. Customized blends of vitamin A and sugar are possible, depending on the needs of local markets. Consumers develop confidence in our products and health impacts are measurable.
We operate in the Sugar Industry in Africa. Our focus is on fortifying sugar and other foods with the vitamin A blendes we manufacture.
We have agreements with leading sugar mills to fortify sugar with vitamin A. This market base continues to grow in regions where sugar fortification is mandatory, such as in Malawi, or voluntary, such as South Africa.
